• Cosmetic Surgery Consultation:  $200 applied toward the surgery - this means that the consultation fee is subtracted from the plastic surgery procedure.

• Vein consultation (Dr. Lee):  $100 applied toward the procedure - this means that the consultation fee is subtracted from the procedure cost.
